Notes: 1. The above unaudited standalone financial results as reviewed by Audit Committee are subsequently approved by the Board of Directors at their |meeting held on 25th August, 2020. The Statutory Auditors have performed limited review of Company's unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. 2. Figures for standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2019 as reported in these financial results are the balancing figures between audited figures in respect of full financial year and published year to date figures upto the end of the third quarter of the financial year. 3. As the company is having only one segment, there are no reportable segments in accordance with the requirement of IND AS 108 “Operating Segment” specified under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013. 4. The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted many business operations globally due to lockdown and other directives imposed by the |governments. The sole manufacturing plant of the Company closed its operations from March 22, 2020. The Company has resumed production with effect from 01st June, 2020 and has achieved normal business operations from 15th June, 2020. 5. The figures for the previous period have been regrouped/recast, wherever necessary, to make them comparable with the figures for the current period.
